Mason Inocentes is a Phi Theta Kappa college graduate with degrees in both Arts and Science, he's known as the youngest gun of the collection agency industry! Mason Inocentes, CEO of MasTon Capital, like his brother Tony Inocentes II, found himself living in a collection agency within a week of his birth because his parents were collection agency owners.

Mason first worked at the collection agency doing data entry of new accounts at 8 years old. Through the years he has become well rounded in his knowledge of the billing and collections process. He has held every position in the company. In March 2005, at the age of 19, Mason became Chairman/CEO of MasTon Capital. January 2007 Mason was appointed to the Legislative Executive Committee for the California Association of Collectors, the industry trade association. He is the youngest son of Chairman Emiritus the Honorable Tony Inocentes, Sr., QM.,
