He has been around the collection agency industry literally since he was 5 days old, Tony Inocentes II, COO of MasTon Capital, like his younger brother Mason, found himself living in a collection agency within a week of his birth because his parents were collection agency owners. The boys mother brought her children to work daily and kept their cribs next to her desk as she managed the collectors of this family owned agency.

Tony II first began working in the industy as a clerk posting payments, filing accounts, and processing new business at the age of 12 years old. Fifteen years later he is already an expert in billing and collection processes. He presently administers the day to day operation of the corporation.

Tony II was previously employed as the general manager of San Diego's oldest collection agency Credit Research Bureau when he returned to the family owned MasTon Capital in March 2005 as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and COO.

Tony II is the eldest son of Chairman Emiritus the Honorable Tony Inocentes, Sr., QM.
